Canceled Order

We usually ship orders immediately. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at help@lumieworld.com. However, we cannot guarantee that the process can be canceled and it may require you to return the shipment at the customer's expense; if the order was shipped the same day as the cancellation request.

Refund Request

Customers can receive a refund or free replacement of the product (s) within 6 months of the purchase. No refunds will be approved following after the 180th day.  If a customer purchased a Lumieworld product from Amazon, the customer must adhere to Amazon’s return process.  

Please include your order number or invoice for the order being returned as well as the reason that you are requesting a refund. Once the investigation is concluded, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Return Policy

We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you need to return an item for a refund which is not defective, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to return the product. Please note, the return policy for non-defective units is 30 days.
